FAQ
No. Players choose a time on your public booking page and enter their contact information to confirm their reservation. Only facility owners need a SimCaddy account — players just show up and play.
Yes. Mark any bay as multi-sport — bowling, baseball, soccer, and more — and players can indicate what they're planning to play when they book. Golf-only bays simply won't appear for multi-sport bookings.
Each bay notes whether it's set up for right-handed, left-handed, or both. Players tell SimCaddy who's swinging, and the booking page only shows bays that suit the group — so there are no surprises when they arrive.
Of course. Your SimCaddy page stays private until you switch on publishing in your settings. Take your time setting things up — nothing goes live until you're ready.
Create your owner account, add your facility, and share your booking link. Players can reserve a bay on their own — and every reservation shows up in your dashboard.
